Burton Albion will face Derby County in the Bass Charity Vase on Saturday 1 August at the Pirelli Stadium. The fixture is the final pre-season match of the summer, with kick-off at 3pm. Matchday hospitality packages for the 2026/27 season are now available to book.
The two teams have met in the competition before, with Albion claiming a 2-1 victory last season.
Special Guest and Hospitality Details
Kane Hemmings, the striker who played for Burton Albion before joining Tranmere Rovers, will be the club's first special guest of the new season. The Burton-born player, who joined Albion in August 2020 from Scottish Championship side Dundee, will visit the Tom Bradbury and Albion Suites before kick-off to discuss his time at the club and his playing career.
Hospitality packages are priced from £15.00 for Club 75 under-17s to £45.00 for adult Tom Bradbury suites. Executive Boxes are currently sold out. The match is rated as a Category E fixture.

Future guest appearances will include Darren Wassall for the Blackburn Rovers Carabao Cup tie on August 8 and Ian Storey-Moore for the League One match against Stevenage on August 15.
