Burton Albion FC has announced its switch to FanEx as the club's Official Ticketing and Fan Engagement Partner, with the change taking effect before the 2026/27 season.
What season ticket holders need to do
Season ticket holders must create a FanEx account using the same email address registered to their current Burton Albion ticketing account. Once created, their season ticket will automatically appear in the My Memberships section.
The migration of all season tickets is expected to be completed by Wednesday 29 July.
First tickets on sale
Tickets for the home fixture against Blackburn Rovers will be the first to go on sale via FanEx, opening at noon on Tuesday 28 July.
Supporters with seated season tickets will receive a dedicated purchase link to secure their usual seat. Terrace season ticket holders can purchase through the normal sales process.
Seats held for season ticket holders will be released to the public on Friday 31 July, with general sale tickets available from the moment sales open.
