Tickets for Burton Albion's 2026/27 Sky Bet League One opener against Stevenage are now on sale. The Brewers will host Alex Revell's side at the Pirelli Stadium on Saturday 15 August, with a 3pm kick-off.
Supporters can purchase tickets directly through FanEx, the club's new ticketing partner.
Website Link Issue
Some supporters have reported that clicking ticket links on the Burton Albion website is directing them to the old Glitnir ticketing system. This can happen when a phone or device retains an old link or cached version of the website. Supporters experiencing this should use the direct FanEx link to purchase tickets instead.
Ticket Office Support
The Burton Albion ticket office is available to help supporters experiencing difficulty with FanEx purchases. Phone lines are open 10am–4pm on Wednesday and Friday. Supporters can also visit the ticket office in person during these times, where staff can complete purchases and demonstrate how to use the new FanEx system.
Season Ticket Holders
Season Ticket Holders must download their tickets from FanEx ahead of Saturday's game. Tickets have transferred to the new system and require an account to be created first.
To access a Season Ticket, supporters should create an FanEx account using the same email address registered to their previous Burton Albion ticketing account, then allow 24 hours for the Season Ticket to activate. After this, supporters can sign in, navigate to My Memberships, and download their Season Ticket as a QR code or PDF. The ticket can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Season Ticket Holders unable to access their ticket after 24 hours should email ticketing@burtonalbionfc.co.uk with their details and a description of the problem.
